With the end of the monarchy the Narayanhiti durbar also changed into the museum. Even though this is named as museum but this hasn’t been properly managed or maintained. The thing that attracts the people and the thing that carries the history is still not been managed properly. They are kept it as it was without the proper management on it.
Sri Sadan that was in Naraynhiti or which was the home of the King Birendra is closed right now. The Sri sadan once upon a time used to be filled with the armys, police or the security is covered only with the grass now. It occupies the area of 22 ropani and it seems like the house of the ghost. Here in this video we can see the place where the King used to spend his quality time, which carries the history of the monarchy. Everything and Every place is been described here that carries their own identical values.
